Certification classes do not have to be the dreaded 2 to 4 hour process that everyone has been seemingly conditioned to - We offer a fresh new way to learn that is engaging, fun, and informative. No Captain Monotones here, we believe positive reinforcement of material is best for retention which is so important with the possibility of someone's life on the line.

CDC guidelines followed as below:
Mask protocols
Capacity maximums for indoor spaces to be facilitated by companies hiring American Heart Association instructors within reasonable time prior to class
recommended social distancing standards during lecture and testing
advanced disinfection protocols practiced in-between station teaching during hands on competencies
Demo only teaching when appropriate
All instructors reserve the right to refuse services with the possibility of no refund to any person/group at anytime during the durational of arrival/class if CDC guidelines are not being followed/enforced without request of necessity provided by individuals needing circumstantial alternative safety precautions presented/received no less than 72 hours prior to class in writing - Owner determined - case by case basis
We believe in the safety of all vs the comfort of some - This may be cause for reschedule dependent upon instructor comfort of of personal safety.
